Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. John Crimmins

John Crimmins is a Trinity College trained Psychotherapist with extensive experience in many areas of psychotherapy.

John's Post Graduate training is in 'The Psychodynamics of Groups & Organisations' . He has trained in Group Dynamics with the A.K. Rice Institute in Washington, USA. He has also completed specialist training in Eating Disorder Treatment at the Maudsley Hospital Eating Disorder Unit in London. He was Senior Manager in the Merchants Quay Drug Project for 10 years.

 

John has been seeing clients in his private practice at the Kildare Street Clinic since 1999. John has been involved in Group work for the past twelve years. He has consulted to teams in large organisations, managed multidisciplinary teams in clinical settings and facilitated a broad range of therapeutic Groupwork. He is presently running therapy groups for the treatment of Anorexia and Bulimia at the Kildare Street Clinic of which he is Director and Founder. He is also Director and Founder of the Addiction Training Institute.

  1. Dr. Jennifer Menon

    Jennifer Menon has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Melbourne, a Post-graduate Diploma in Psychology from Deakin University (Melbourne) and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Trinity College Dublin. Jennifer is currently working in the Psychology service at St. Luke’s Radiation Oncology Centre in Beaumont Hospital. She has a special interest in both psycho-oncology and neuropsychology and a background in working with different therapeutic models.

  2. Dr Dagmar Corry

    PhD in Research Psychology BSc (First Class Honours) degree in Psychology at University of Ulster.

    • Senior Lecturer at ATI.
    • Visiting Research Fellow at Glyndwr University.
  3. Vasiliki Loumpa

  4. Aisling Hearns, MPSI, MIAAAC

    Ba Psychology, Ma Addiction Studies,Ma Cognitive Science

    Ma Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Aisling is a qualified psychotherapist, psychoanalyst and psychologist. Aisling works with adults, adolescents, and couples. As a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, Aisling has worked in the Drug Treatment Centre Board with frontline addiction. Aside from her private practice, Aisling works with the charity Nurture, offering low cost psychotherapy to women suffering from Post-Natal Depression and also with their families. Aisling is a member of the Psychology Society of Ireland (PSI) and the The Irish Association of Alcohol and Addiction Counsellors (IAAAC). She follows the ethical standards of both these associations.

    Noemi Provides psychological and counselling services in Alliance Counselling, Dublin, Ireland, she has also worked therapeutically with individuals who experienced abuse in childhood for the National Counselling Service (NCS), Dublin & Kildare, Ireland. She has also worked for Bray and Saoirse Women’s Refuge, Ireland responding to the immediate needs of women and children in crisis and distress fleeing Domestic Violence as part of a support team
